Smartsheet Advisory Councils bring together professionals across industries to advise and influence our products, roadmap and strategy. As a vital voice of the customer channel, our councils are shaping the future of collaborative work management.

Customer Advisory Board
Senior executives from enterprise companies who advise on strategy, go-to-market, and work management trends and forecasts.
Customer Security Council
Senior security leaders from enterprise companies providing input and guidance on our security features, platform, and strategy.
Federal Advisory Board
Retired federal agency executives advising on the Federal Government sector.
Product Advisory Councils
Regional councils advising on project and portfolio management solutions and roadmap. Three regional councils include the US Product Advisory Council, EMEA Product Advisory Council, and APJ Product Advisory Council.
Marketing Advisory Council
Marketing and creative operations leaders advising on Smartsheet marketing management, creative operations and digital asset management.
IT Product Advisory Council
IT leaders providing feedback and input on administration and governance features.

FAQs
Council members are nominated by their Smartsheet account teams and undergo a formal internal review.
With the exception of our Federal Advisory Board and Customer Advisory Board, all council members serve a term of 24 months and are asked to join a combination of in-person and virtual meetings three to four times per year.
Each council has a team of Smartsheet executives across product, design, and UX who participate in council meetings based on the council’s area of focus.
Smartsheet has 10 customer councils and counting! New councils are created based on customer and market needs.
