You will report to our VP of Product Management based in our Bellevue office. This role is considered hybrid with the ability to work from home in conjunction with time in our Downtown Bellevue, WA office.

You Will:

  • Dive deep into the inner workings of our business and key partnerships, providing invaluable strategic support to our engineering leadership.
  • Commandeer communications and calendars with finesse, ensuring our product & engineering leaders stay on track and connected.
  • Be the mastermind behind both virtual and in-person team events, ensuring every gathering is a hit.
  • Forge strong bonds with team members and fellow executive assistants, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with our product & engineering teams, amplifying their vision with your operational prowess.
  • Keep the engine running smoothly by supporting the day-to-day operations of team events, meetings, and programs.
  • Innovate and optimize multiple work processes owned by our product & engineering team, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Take charge of expense reports and corporate credit cards for our product and engineering, ensuring everything stays on budget.
  • Craft meticulously detailed travel plans and itineraries for our product and engineering leaders and esteemed guests, leaving no stone unturned.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Skills to wrangle chaos into order, managing schedules, calendars, and tasks. You are very comfortable using tools like Smartsheet, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google for Work and Microsoft Office applications.
  • From phone calls to emails, your communication skills are top-notch, ensuring smooth interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You don't wait for issues to arise; you anticipate needs and take preemptive action to keep things running smoothly. You leave no stone unturned, catching the tiniest of details and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You understand the importance of discretion and handle sensitive or confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism.
  • Collaboration is your modus operandi. You work seamlessly with colleagues, fostering a culture of unity and success. You're committed to serving both your team and the organization with excellence.
  • Whether it's planning events, managing projects, or coordinating travel, you're ready to tackle any challenge thrown your way, bringing a creative approach to work with a willingness to innovate and continuously improve.
  • You’re able to work independently, demonstrate good personal judgment, and effectively handle tasks under pressure. In a fast-paced environment, you're flexible and able to flow with whatever comes your way.

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity and some roles may be eligible for a RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. California & New York: $75,600 - $110,700. All other US States: $70,000 - $102,500.
