Accessibility: File and Row Menu keyboard shortcuts

Row and File Menus can now be easily accessed with two new keyboard shortcuts. 

Open file menu hotkeys:

• Mac: Option + F
• PC: Alt + F

Open row menu hotkeys: 

• Mac: Command + E
• PC: Ctrl + E
