System Administrators on Enterprise and Premier plans can now configure a custom email domain through Admin Center, enabling Smartsheet app-generated emails like Update Requests, Notifications, Reminders and Sheet Sharing to be sent from your organization’s domain (ex: @smartsheet.yourcompanyname.com), rather than the default @smartsheet.com.
Collaboration emails coming from your organization’s domain will appear more relevant and trustworthy to recipients, especially those outside of your organization, leading to more engaged collaboration with stakeholders on important work items. Learn more.
