Extracting key information from your data has never been easier, accomplished with just a few clicks with grouping and summary for reports. Using grouping, similar values in Text/Number, Date, Contact List, Dropdown, Checkbox, Symbol, and AutoNumber/System columns can be combined into groups in reports. The new summarize option adds functions for sum, count, min, max, and average to calculate totals for groups, and the entire report, without having to write a formula.
