Control Center multi-tier is a feature that allows program owners to create hierarchical relationships between projects. This enables secure reporting on groups of projects at each level of the hierarchy. Multi-tier intake sheets is an enhancement that allows separate intake sheets at each level of the hierarchy. This provides a further layer of separation for demand management allowing program stakeholders to manage only what is relevant to their organization.
