We’ve released an improvement to the read & unread logic in the notification center so that the notification indicator (red dot) persists until you engage with a notification. Previously, the indicator would disappear as soon as you opened the notification panel. This change, while minor, will help draw attention to Smartsheet and new notifications so you can feel confident that you aren’t missing anything critical.
