Licensed sheet owners and admins can now request a “sheet snapshot” from a prior date via Activity Log. The snapshot will be emailed to the sheet owner in Excel format.
From Activity Log, click the new “Request Snapshot” button from the specific change or date time. The Excel file will only contain grid data and comments. Conditional formatting, attachments, notifications, cell history and any formulas that are not compatible with Excel (column formulas, @row, @cell, cross sheet formulas, etc.) are not supported at this time.
