Overview 

This Task Management Solution will get you up and running in Smartsheet to manage and track your tasks. Our solution experts will partner with you to build a standardized submission process for all tasks and a standardized process for managing the completion of each task. We will also partner with you to build a task management solution using a set of Smartsheet objects: Sheets, Reports & Dashboards. At the end of this engagement, you will be able to plan, manage, and prioritize tasks, report on status across tasks, and view progress at the task-level. This solution also includes a Dashboard for executive level view of the task(s) status.

  • Discuss the scope of your purchased package, gather requirements and schedule meetings based on a delivery timeline. 
Activity Log

Execution Activities

  • Build of up to 3 sheets, up to 1 project level dashboard and up to 4 reports. Dashboard in this solution will be at the task level. 

Training & Enablement

  • Expert training and enablement on how to use, manage, and maintain your Task Management Solution.
  • Get access to on demand resources to assist you with future changes and questions.
