Chizu Hieida is a Technical Producer and the Smartsheet Subject Matter Expert at Wizards of the Coast, a company that strives to inspire a lifetime love of games. She works on improvement processes and is passionate about helping others learn Smartsheet. She notably created an internal Smartsheet Rewards Program to empower her colleagues to develop robust solutions to improve company production, leading to cost savings. Chizu enjoys playing tennis, designing gel nails, and playing percussion instruments.

Will Jeffords is the Vice President of Finance, HR, and PMO at Swampfox Technologies, an advanced contact center software company where Smartsheet overlays across multiple departments. He enjoys presenting and participating in user groups and in the Smartsheet Community, as well as using the platform in his volunteer work. In his spare time, he loves to travel the world with his family, learn languages, and read world-building sci-fi and fantasy books.

Deena Duran is a Senior Business Analyst at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences, where she leads a dynamic Smartsheet team, hosting badge sprints, Knowledge Share Days, and drop-in help sessions. Her enthusiasm for the platform even landed her a spot as a speaker at a Smartsheet Mobilizer webinar, with more engagements on the horizon. When she's not championing Smartsheet, Deena enjoys going on adventures with her husband and two kids.

Syed Muhafzal is a Senior Project Manager with Knight Frank Australia, a global commercial and residential real estate company. As a passionate advocate for Smartsheet, he is the go-to expert in his company and has created an internal Center of Excellence channel for any of his colleagues to use to develop their skills. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball, video games and spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter.

Kyle Chipman is the Chief Process Officer at Chipman Design Architecture. He has leveraged Smartsheet to implement a robust employee management solution which encompasses training, administrative tasks, universal task reporting, goal setting, and self-driven learning initiatives. He has shared his ideas at ENGAGE and at multiple user groups, and in his spare time, enjoys collecting physical media and volunteering with the Sierra Club.

Julie Fortney is a Process Optimization Manager for South Western Communications (SWC). She spend her days building solutions and her nights dreaming of new ways to leverage Smartsheet to manage daily life. Before joining the Overachievers, Julie was selected as a Smartsheet Community Champion, has spoken at the ENGAGE customer conference, and participated in several private betas.

Jorge Pilicita works for Dexterra Group, an integrated facilities management services company, and has 15 years of experience. He credits Smartsheet with his recent promotion to Account Director of a large National Defense Account, and has used the platform for every step of his transition into his role. Being able to take any process and improve it through Smartsheet has won him the nickname internally as "The Smartsheet Guy," and he says he wears it like a badge of honor.

Because of her Smartsheet prowess, Darla has transitioned from an Executive Assistant to a Process Improvement Manager at Loews Hotels. This shift in career has allowed her to move from sole solution builder to a major resource as she regularly encourages internal leaders to become trained and certified. Her company now recognizes Smartsheet as an enterprise tool based on her Mobilizer events and strategies. Outside of work, Darla enjoys being a background vocalist, taking nature walks, and doing volunteer work for her church production team.

Gillian Cameron is a Design Assurance Lead at Spirit AeroSystems, the world’s largest tier-one manufacturer and supplier of aerostructures. She enjoys supporting others within the company in advancing their own Smartsheet knowledge as it helps them with their own development while driving improvements for the team overall. In that same spirit, she enjoys contributing to the Smartsheet Community and the Early Adopter Program.

Professor Bruce Northcote is the Chief Security Officer within the division of Research and Innovation at the University of Adelaide in Australia. Ranked in the top one percent of universities worldwide, its global partnerships across research, education, and industry create a diverse and innovative environment for its students and fellows. Bruce led the deployment of Smartsheet at the university and has advocated for the platform at events and in customer case studies. Away from work, Bruce is a technology evangelist and sports junkie - he has been awarded life membership of his State Basketball Association for his contributions to umpiring at the highest level.

Lauren Dominique is the Executive Assistant on Connecticut Children’s Quality, Patient Safety, and Transformation Team. Equipped with a Lean Green Belt Certification and Smartsheet Core Product and Project Management certifications, she excels in collaboratively designing tools and resources that enhance her team’s efficiency. When she's not helping others, Lauren loves duckpin bowling, singing with her community choir, and attending minor league sporting events. She lives in Vernon, Connecticut with her husband and two cats.

Mikah Torres is a Project Manager with The Home Depot who has championed the use of Smartsheet across a multitude of teams and initiatives over five years. He has helped build interconnected and automated solutions that can keep up with the teams who use them, and in his own words: "There's not much a good pivot can't resolve." In his spare time, Mikah spends time renovating his new home and watching YouTube with his dogs.
