1. Shifting priorities are preventing marketers and creatives from making an impact.

When organizational priorities and strategies are constantly shifting, it’s no wonder teams feel stuck. In fact, 95% of respondents say these frequent changes prevent their work from having its full impact. Plus, inefficiencies are a time drain: 68% of respondents report that tedious tasks, like switching between tools, make it harder to demonstrate impact effectively. 

2. Proving impact? It’s easier said than done.

83% feel pressured to show impact and 94% struggle to prove results

Even when you’re doing great work, showing its impact or its ROI can be tough. Eighty-three percent are feeling the pressure to show how their work makes an impact, and a whopping 94% of survey respondents said they struggle to demonstrate their results. And it's no wonder — metrics are often scattered across different systems, reports require manual assembly, and teams often struggle to measure results effectively for informed decision-making. 

3. Visibility is key — and it's lacking.

Consider this: 54% of marketers and creatives said they’re missing the visibility into project and campaign data needed to make informed decisions. Meanwhile, 94% of survey respondents say that better access to this data would boost their effectiveness. Having the right data at the right time can be a game-changer to shape strategy and improve performance.
