Alana Suter
Principal Solutions Consultant
Alana has been with Smartsheet for over 4 years. Currently, she is a Principal Consultant working with executive-level customers to align Smartsheet's capabilities with their business objectives. Alana's consulting engagements drive successful outcomes for our largest customers, including implementing solutions for 2,500+ person organizations to manage their work. In addition, she is a lead and expert in the Project and Portfolio Management practice.Alana is originally from Australia and is now based in Austin, Texas.
Rachel Alldredge
Large Enterprise Solutions Engineer
Rachel Alldredge is a Solutions Engineer at Smartsheet and has been working in the technology industry for over 10 years. With an MBA in Strategic Management, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she’s teamed up with countless companies to explore process efficiencies at all levels of an organization. Prior to Smartsheet, Rachel worked at iHeartMedia as a Product Owner where she led large projects, including executive portfolio reporting in her area. She is passionate about process improvement, empowering customers to accomplish more with less, and building lasting relationships by helping customers continuously evolve and improve over time. Rachel resides in the Texas Hill Country and enjoys spending time with her two golden retrievers on the family ranch.
Zachary Thornwood
Senior Analyst
Zachary Thornwood is a Senior Analyst at Maximus, a public health and human services government contract corporation. He’s been with Maximus for three years on the Health Operations Stability and Support team. His work has evolved from supporting Smartsheet solutions, to designing solution architecture and development, to supporting the management of the Smartsheet platform at the enterprise level. Zachary’s specialties include project management, process improvement, as well as system development and analysis. One of his latest projects include building up a thriving and active Community of Practice with an engaging Center of Excellence at Maximus. This is Zachary’s second time at the Smartsheet ENGAGE conference and his first time presenting, and he couldn’t be more excited to share the work he’s so passionate about.
