Kelsey is a skilled marketing professional who is passionate about enhancing Smartsheet customers’ success by amplifying their stories and voices. Kelsey joined Smartsheet seven years ago, and since then she has worked in various departments, including Support, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Customer Engagement and Advocacy. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to provide expert guidance and coaching to customers, enabling them to improve internal and external collaboration. For the past three years, Kelsey has played a pivotal role in expanding our User Group program. Her objective has been to foster meaningful connections, facilitate learning, and encourage the exchange of fresh perspectives within the Smartsheet community.

Torey's Smartsheet journey started at another company where she was introduced to the platform as a user. She so quickly fell in love with Smartsheet, she decided to pursue a role as a Smartsheet Solution Implementation Manager, where she built custom solutions for organizations of all sizes and industries. Five years, 3 roles, and 2 departments later, Torey now runs the EMEA User Group program, where she has the incredible opportunity to provide Smartsheet's global community a space to share ideas and make meaningful connections. When she’s logged off, you can find Torey draining the battery on her Kindle, riding to the beat at SoulCycle classes, or exploring new corners of the globe.
