Maria Franklin
Sr. Product Manager I
Maria is a Product Manager specializing in Integrations at Smartsheet. She spent the first part of her career in STEM Publishing as an Acquisitions Editor, and is now enjoying the ever evolving, fast-paced nature of working in tech, focussing on addressing customer needs. Maria’s understanding of user’s data import needs underscores her dedication to enhancing user experiences in this space. She is excited about planned enhancements over the next 12 months that will improve your interaction with data import & export in Smartsheet. Maria is the co-leader of the Women and Gender Minorities group for the EMEA region. She champions the importance of representation and equality, advocating for inclusivity throughout her work. Outside of work, Maria enjoys playing the clarinet in an orchestra, running in the English countryside where she lives, and traveling the world as much as possible.
Ashley Delay
IT Project Coordinator
Ashley Delay joined Theisen's in 2021 as the eCommerce Site Merchandiser and moved into the IT Project Coordinator and Smartsheet Administrator role in 2022. She has a Master's degree in Data Analytics with a specialization in Project Management from the University of Iowa. Ashley has been an advocate of leveraging Smartsheet to increase efficiency since she first joined Theisen's, and as the Smartsheet Administrator she has worked with leadership and team members to adopt Smartsheet and engineer solutions in every department within the organization. Ashley’s Smartsheet specialization lies in solutions that can bring large amounts of data into Smartsheet from external sources, automate data cleaning and validation, and deliver solutions to the end users that significantly reduce repetitive tasks and increase productivity.
Jonathan Zaretsky
Customer Success Director
Jonathan Zaretsky is the Customer Success Director at Alchemy, where he excels in partnering with customers to drive strategic initiatives for higher education institutions, particularly in the implementation of Workday solutions. As a visionary leader, Jonathan has a proven ability to guide complex IT projects to successful completion, fostering collaboration among diverse, cross-functional teams. His commitment to operational excellence is demonstrated through his consistent delivery of projects. Jonathan holds a Master's Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from Florida Atlantic University, where he also served as an adjunct professor for many years after graduation. Beyond his professional achievements, Jonathan is a proud father of two and spends much of his time at the ice rink supporting his boys in their hockey pursuits. He looks forward to sharing his insights at Smartsheet ENGAGE and invites connections on LinkedIn.
