Since joining in 2018, Gretchen has been a pivotal leader in successfully launching global transformation initiatives, product innovation and client partnerships across the financial services, technology, energy and healthcare sectors. With over a decade of SaaS experience, Gretchen has lead international solutions consulting teams through solution demos, innovation summits and workshops for Fortune 100 clients, while building strong global system integrator programs and product launches designed to disrupt the CXM and PPM space.She’s seen first hand the power of human-centered design through adaptable technologies and connects customers, product and sales together to drive missions and outcomes that matter.

Large Enterprise Solutions Engineer
Ally has been a part of Smartsheet for three years, initially spending two years in consulting, where she specialized in designing and building tailored solutions for customers. Now, as a Solutions Engineer, Ally thrives on helping customers envision and realize their opportunities with Smartsheet. Fun fact: before joining the Smartsheet team, she was a passionate user of the product herself! Outside of work, Ally enjoys spending time with her friends, family and pup, Astro!
