Kristin was a customer of Smartsheet for 9 years (started using the platform in 2012) and has been a BIG fan ever since! She worked in Global Commercial Real Estate and developed end to end solutions both internally and externally. She is passionate about finding better ways to accomplish goals her customers are looking to solve for their organizations. Kristin's deep knowledge of Smartsheet enables her to be a trusted solution and technical advisor to customers. Her expertise ensures successful Smartsheet deployment and adoption by her client teams.

Rachel Wrobel

Director, Product Operations

Hello! I'm Rachel Wrobel (like, wrong or Wrangler -- silent W!) I have my BS in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University. I spent my first four years post-graduation with Dow Corning (Dow) as a Reliability Engineer (1 year) and an Application Engineer & Technical Support person (3 years) in the thermoplastics industry that supported the consumer electronics market. I joined Tremco (Roofing) in January 2017 as a Project Engineer for the Rooftec Drying program. I spent a year working these projects in the office and in the field. In 2018, I migrated to the roofing Product team, where I supported various areas (Codes & Approvals, retail pilots, Product Development, Product Complaints, and more). In 2020, I moved into a management position (Product Support Manager). Over the last four years, I've led the formation of our Data Science, Project Management, and Digital Solutions groups. As of April 2024, I'm the Director of Product Operations, which includes Rooftop Solutions, Data Science, Digital Solutions, and PMO. Unapologetically, I'm a Smartsheet fan girl! I really enjoy process improvement opportunities and architecting solutions in Smartsheet to address these opportunities. I am passionate about generating clean, useful data that can help our groups make data-driven business decisions throughout our day! I am a member of NWIR (National Women in Roofing) and really enjoy the connections I've made through this association, as well as the educational opportunities I've taken advantage of throughout the past seven years. Additionally, I am the Project Manager for Tremco's DEI Council, where I help keep the initiatives and discussions documented and moving along. That's my professional story so far! Outside of my professional identity, I am a mother to three young kiddos and a wife to my nerdy, racecar driving, Mechanical Engineer husband. I enjoy hiking, playing games, and trying out new recipes. I am a big Formula 1 fan, specifically a Lando fan! A big thank you to Smartsheet for this incredible opportunity to speak at this year's ENGAGE! I can't wait to connect with all the new and existing Smartsheet fans and superusers!

Jason Hidek

Manager, Digital Solutions

Jason is a results-oriented Solutions, Strategy, and Project Management professional with nearly three decades of experience. His career began with six years of service in the U.S. Navy Supply Corps, where he developed a strong foundation in logistics and operational efficiency. Subsequently, he has excelled in driving process improvement initiatives within large-scale organizations. With a strong engineering background, Jason possesses a strategic mindset and excels at translating complex business requirements into simple actionable solutions. He is adept at fostering collaboration across diverse teams to achieve optimal outcomes. His proficiency in project management and workflow tools, whether it be PowerApps, MS Project, WBS Pro, SharePoint, or Smartsheet, enables him to efficiently manage and deliver solutions. Outside of work, Jason enjoys an active lifestyle, is married, with a son in college and one in high school. A dedicated Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins fan, he finds balance through hobbies such as volleyball, swimming, and fitness, when he isn’t tackling the latest home improvement project.
