Passionate about helping others, Britt Williams has spent the past 9 years leveraging Smartsheet to improve processes and align work to strategic initiatives. With a background in product development, project management and operational excellence, she led a shift towards more automated workflows and the sunset of legacy systems across VF Corporation. In 2019, Britt joined Smartsheet as a Solutions Engineer within the Large Enterprise field organization. At Smartsheet, she has worked across various industries and verticals to partner with customers on challenges and showcase where Smartsheet can drive business value. She is inspired everyday by her customers and the joy they find using this platform. After attending Engage as a customer and then as an employee, she is excited to be presenting live in 2024!Britt is based out of Charlotte, NC.
