Gain insights from an experienced PMO leader who successfully led her organization through a transformative change initiative utilizing Smartsheet, highlighting use of Control Center, Data Shuttle, and Bridge by Smartsheet. Participants will learn about change management strategies, practical tactics, and lessons learned on the journey. The session will emphasize the importance of resilience, adaptability, and a people-centric approach in navigating the implementation of a global PMO solution, ultimately equipping attendees with insights to guide their own rollout of a Smartsheet solution.

Alexander Ford

Customer Success Account Manager

Alexander has spent the last 4+ years of his career at Smartsheet focused on driving successful adoption of the platform as a senior member of the Customer Success organization. When he's not working directly with Smartsheet customers, he contributes time on projects focused on scaled Smartsheet enablement and testing of upcoming Smartsheet features. A self-identified "formula wizard", Alexander maintains the popular Formula Handbook template set and its included help documentation around AI formula generation. He lives in Portland, OR and enjoys gardening in his free time with his partner Emily and dachshund mix, Indigo.

Mallory Pirogovsky

Director, Project Management Office

Mallory lives on the east side of the San Francisco Bay Area and has been at Simpson Strong-Tie for 10 years. With a PhD in Chemistry, she originally came to Simpson as a Chemical Safety Specialist focused on product regulatory compliance. For the past 5 year She has been focusing on continuous improvement across all areas of the company and created the companies first ever enterprise level Project Management Office. Along with her team Mallory is focused on bring the benefits of project management to Simpson Strong-Tie to drive execution and process efficiency. Outside of Simpson Mallory spends most of her time on the sidelines of a soccer pitch cheering on her 3 kids and volunteering for her local soccer club.
