If you've ever wanted to know more about these programs or how you can work towards joining them, this is the session for you! Alison has been with Smartsheet for four years, starting in Social Media and then growing and glowing over to the Community team, where she has the honor of leading the Overachiever and Community Champion programs. Outside of being an advocate for these customers and the Smartsheet Community at large, she loves music, dance, and her cat Captain Jack Moony.
Darla Brown
Process Improvement Manager
Because of Smartsheet, Darla Brown has transitioned from an Executive Admin to Process Improvement Manager for Loews Hotels. This shift in career has also allowed her to move from the sole solution builder to a resource as she is aggressively encouraging leaders to be trained and certified. The company now recognizes Smartsheet as an Enterprise tool based on the Mobilizing Events and strategies held over the past 3 years. She is also a second year Smartsheet Overachiever. Outside of work, Darla enjoys being a background vocalist, nature walks, and volunteering at in her church production team.
