Josh has been with Smartsheet for over two years as a Solutions Engineer helping customers solve complex challenges by partnering with them to understand their business processes and designing creative solutions to deliver the business outcomes they are looking for. Before joining Smartsheet, Josh spent 15 years advising customers on complex process automation needs across various industries focusing on change management and how to ensure long-term success of the solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, camping, and being in nature. Fun fact - he has visited 168 of the 430 natural and historic sites managed by the National Park Service.

John Parsons

Consulting Manager

John has spent his entire career implementing software solutions for customers, the last 6 of which have been spent at Smartsheet within their Professional Services practice. As a Consulting Manager, his primary responsibility is ensuring that Smartsheet customers are getting the most value out of the tool and that our projects are delivered with an unwavering focus on customer experience and customer outcomes. Within his role, he is also responsible for developing best practices and thought leadership for solution-focused processes and tools, enhancing Smartsheet's ability to deliver at the highest level. Outside of work, John enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and traveling.
