"Tracy Disque is a dynamic and accomplished healthcare professional with a passion for driving operational excellence and developing future leaders in the industry. With over a decade of experience, Tracy has made significant contributions to Johns Hopkins Medicine since joining in 2015. Currently, Tracy serves as the Director of the Portfolio Management Office & Performance Improvement at Johns Hopkins Medicine, where she leads the implementation of complex operational projects and programs. Her exceptional leadership skills and strategic mindset enable her to effectively manage key health system responsibilities, ensuring the successful execution of critical initiatives. In addition to her role in portfolio management, Tracy is the Assistant Program Director for the Administrative Fellowship Program at Johns Hopkins Medicine. This prestigious two-year post-graduate program focuses on developing future healthcare leaders. Through her involvement, Tracy is dedicated to nurturing and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Contract Management, providing a strong foundation in business principles. She also earned a Master of Healthcare Administration degree, further enhancing her understanding of the healthcare landscape. Additionally, Tracy is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and in PROSCI Change Management, demonstrating her commitment to industry best practices. Tracy’s journey in healthcare began in 2009 as a front desk receptionist at an outpatient clinic while pursuing her college education. Since then, she has steadily advanced within the industry, gaining valuable experience and expertise. In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending quality time with her family, diving into a good book, exploring new destinations, and tackling DIY projects."
