Previously an IT professional and Smartsheet customer, he has been building advanced solutions since 2017. He excels in developing proof of concepts, demos, and tools that enhance pre-sales and sales efforts. His achievements include optimizing client solutions and addressing security concerns with creative solutions.As Co-Chair of Smartsheet's Military Employee Resource Group, Michael supports and engages the military community, promoting inclusivity and leadership. A former U.S. Navy Electronics Technician, he brings a strong technical background and unique perspective to his role at Smartsheet.

Senior DEI Program Manager
Sampson Fletcher is a seasoned Senior Program Manager specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Smartsheet, where he has been instrumental since 2021. A member of Smartsheet's DEI team for close to three years, he has stood up and led impactful DEI programs and initiatives, first as a Program Manager and now in his senior role. Previously, Sampson managed engagement and diversity programs at a tax compliance SaaS company and held various HR roles at the worlds largest multinational coffee chain, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces throughout his career. His expertise lies in standing up and driving strategic DEI programs that create meaningful change.
