Technical Trainer
Courtney has been a Technical Trainer at Smartsheet since December 2021. Before joining the team, she was a dedicated customer and advocate of the product for four years, making her transition to the “mothership” a natural progression. With a talent for formulas and troubleshooting, she is always eager to help others find solutions or uncover errors. She creates engaging training programs to upskill both new and tenured Smartsheet team members, ensuring they provide the best experience for their customers. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the “lightbulb” moment when someone realizes how Smartsheet can solve their problems or automate repetitive tasks. Courtney enjoys reading, crocheting, and growing tomatoes in her spare time.

Senior Technical Account Manager
A country boy born and raised on a farm in Northwest Arkansas, Joshua has worked in IT his entire 25+ year career, spanning application development and DB administration, to managed services and enterprise architecture.As a Sr. Technical Account Manager at Smartsheet, he has partnered with some of the best Smartsheet enterprise customers now for two and a half years. Josh still is just playing catchup to his TAM colleagues and is inspired daily by their skill, character, and perseverance.Joshua’s passions are his family and friends, and sharing experiences with them. He has particularly enjoyed watching his boys excel in soccer and swimming this year. He resides with his wife Jennifer and twin 10y old boys, Asher and Ender - just outside a tiny Arkansas town where he and his family are building a new home.Pleese give him a raize so we can still eat (pls dont tell Daddy we tiped this).
